I’m a marketing minded creative director, a hybrid capable of balancing the importance of content, aesthetics and business goals. With over ten years of being an inclusive team leader I have created and managed strong internal and external relationships with an intentional sense of collaboration. Core Health & Fitness | Senior Creative Manager
Global creative director overseeing brand identity and marketing message in print and digital
Reporting directly to the VP of Global Marketing and Product Innovation, I serve as the creative director overseeing ideation and implementation of design in print and digital media. With a team of digital and graphics designers, we create hyper-realistic 3D renders, videos and product collateral that inspires, educates and sells the StairMaster, Schwinn, Nautilus, Star Trac and Throwdown brands.

I partner with a global team of marketing managers to create strategic marketing plans that meet metric driven KPIs. Alongside the Product team, we implement new product launches that range from simple regional introductions to full-scale global campaigns.

Core Health & Fitness | Creative Design Manager
Creative manager overseeing brand identity in print and digital
Core is home to five popular commercial fitness brands; StairMaster, Schwinn, Nautilus, Star Trac and Throwdown. As the creative design manager I oversaw a team of designers and collaborate within a global marketing team supporting daily sales initiatives as well as strategic corporate marketing goals.

Senior Leadership overseeing marketing, creative and social media
KPG is home to two well-known brands in the film, fashion and professional cosmetics industry: Make-Up Artist magazine and IMATS (International Make-Up Artist Trade Show). As a senior leader I analyzed complex issues, identify key drivers and recommend effective creative solutions. I have continually refined cross-functional processes to maximize productivity to both achieve lean goals and ensure work-flow aligns with strategic objectives.

As a member of the Art Department, I worked on a variety of projects in digital, print and large format graphics for our magazine and trade show events as well as any other special events produced by KPG.

Pacific Cornetta Inc. | Graphic Designer
As a member of the marketing team I manage the brand voice and strategy of the company, working the identity through all product development, social media and sales materials. I create all marketing collateral content, copy and design. Additionally I work with the Press Coordinator on all media projects, product launches and press events.
Achievements: 2011 Brand Re-Design & website launch, establishment of social media presence, Sof-flex product design and 2012 color-way design.

July 2007 - february 2010

Facet International Marketing | Graphic Designer
Facet was an international marketing agency that specialized in live event activations. Working with our key customers, the Australian, Canadian and British Consulates, my responsibilities ran the gamut from project management to graphic designer. I worked with a team of environmental designers, carpenters, outside vendors and sales reps to produce full scope projects that met the marketing needs of our customers.

August 2005 - July 2008

Richardson Sports | Digital Embroidery Designer
To successfully preform my roll as a digital embroidery designer I first had to learn the Wilcom software, which was used to layout the stitch pattern over a wire framework provided by the graphic artist. Day to day my work load consisted of the completion of no less than 15 designs. I worked directly with the production staff to assure the embroidery file reproduced cleanly.

I also assisted the senior designer with the production layout of marketing material. I was responsible for product photography as well as the creation of the In-House Design Guide; which was a key project in facilitating in-depth communication between the Sales and Art Departments.
